26/10 - Call of Duty: Modern Warefare 3 and Battlefield 3 are set to be the two biggest releases this Winter, but which is better?

Their release dates are 20 days apart with Call of Duty being released earlier on the 8th and Battlefield on the 28th. Both will include multiplayer maps from around the world but the Battlefield's campaign will be set in just the Iran/Irag border while COD will be set around the world including London, New York, Paris, Berlin.

Regarding split screen COD comes out on top with Battlefield having none at all. In Call of Duty there will be a Survival Mode where players will face endless waves of enemies and a return of Special Ops.

Playable characters are fixed to just one nationality in Battlefield which as per usual is Amercian. Call of Duty on the other hand do vary it up with playable characters from the SAS, Delta Force and a Russian Federal Agent.

Of course without either of these games being released yet it is hard to tell which one is going to be better aside from playing their prequels. They have however both released endless of trailers and clips so below are the launch trailers for both titles - enjoy!
