What happens after I send payment?

This depends on the product you have bought. If you bought an Xbox Live 48 hour or 1 Month code you will instantly receive an email with your Xbox Live code in. If you bought anything else (anything more than £10) you will receive an email asking for your mobile telephone number. Once we have received your reply our automatic system will send a text to the number you sent us, the text will have a four digit pin in which we need you to email back to us. Once we have received your email with the four digit pin in your Xbox Live code will be instantly and automatically emailed to you.

Why do I have to go through this process for anything that costs more than £10?

This is purely to protect us from fraud. We receive a lot of fraudulent payments and orders and the only way to slow them down is if we go through our mobile verification.

What are Xbox Live codes?

There are two types of Xbox Live code, the first is a subscription code. We have 48 Hour, 1 Month, 3 Month and 12 Month available, once redeemed you will get access to Xbox Live for the amount of time you have purchased. The second type of code is a points code available as 2100 and 4200 points codes. They are used as currency in the Xbox Live Marketplace and can be used to buy game demos, extra content, movies, game add ons, maps and much more.

Are there any extra fees?

No, the price you see if the price you pay, no hidden charges or extra fees during the checkout.

What do I do with the Xbox Live code once I have received it?

To redeem your code you can go online to the Xbox Live GB website and redeem it there or you can sign on to Xbox Live on your Xbox 360 and redeem it on your console.
