Xbox Live points are used as a currency in the Xbox Live marketplace.  They can be used to purchase the latest box office movies, music, full games, the latest demos, game add-ons and much more. We offer four different values of points, 800, 1200, 2100 and 4200.

In seconds!  We use software so when you order, no matter what time of day or night it is, you will receive your code instantly.

How do I connect to Xbox Live?

There are two ways of connecting to Xbox Live.  Wired or wireless.  To connect to it wired all you need is an Ethernet cable that will connect from your Internet modem to your Xbox 360.  Then you will just need to buy a subscription which you can buy from us and then redeem through your console.  Alternatively you connect through wireless.  For this you will need a wireless network connection in your house and a wireless network adapter for your Xbox 360.  You can buy the 360 adapter from us in our accessories section.  After plugging the adapter into your console you will then just need to buy a subscription.

How do I redeem my Xbox Live code?

To redeem your Xbox Live code you first need to sign in or create an account.  Then when on the Xbox 360 dashboard press the center button on the controller.  From this go the farthest left screen and then click on redeem code. Alternatively you can go onto the Xbox Live GB website where you can create a new or sign into your current account.  You can then redeem the code on the site.

Can I use the subscriptions to extend an existing account?

Our subscriptions can be used to both create a new account and extend an existing account.  Don't worry if you already have time left on your existing account a new subscription will just add to it and not take away any existing  time.  For example, If you had 1 week left and then redeemed a 12 month subscription you would now have 1 year and 1 week left.

Will these codes work where I live?

All our Xbox Live codes will work on UK accounts and all our subscriptions will work on any account around the world.  Our points will only work on UK and European accounts.

How quickly will I get my Xbox 360 accessory?

All our 360 accessories are dispatched from Wiltshire within 48 hours of payment by Royal Mail First Class and so would usually arrive after dispatch in one working day.

Refund Policy

We will issue a refund if the code has not been sent to the buyer.  If the buyer claims they have not used it a want a refund we will issue you one, though not for at least 72 hours.
